The statement read, “Due to the tragic demise of Shri Ajit Dada, Honorable Deputy Chief Minister of Maharashtra, it has been decided to cancel the release of two Marathi films scheduled to release on January 30, 2026. The first film is ‘Punha Ekda Saade Maade 3’, which is being distributed by PVR Inox, and the second film is ‘Ranapati Shivarai’, which is being distributed by Panorama Studios. The purpose of this decision is to pay respect to him. New release date information will be shared in time.
