Materials:

  • Small size potatoes
  • Red chillies
  • Turmeric
  • salt
  • garam masala
  • Chaat masala
  • Coriander cumin powder
  • Ginger garlic paste
  • Mustard
  • White mole
  • Coriander

Action:

  • First of all, wash the small sized potatoes with clean water to make the chutpat aloo.
  • Add washed potatoes, salt to taste and water to the cooker pot and cover the cooker. Remove 5 whistles from the cooker and cook the potatoes.
  • Heat oil in a pan and fry the cooked potatoes till they become crispy and keep it to cool.
  • In the same kadai once again put some oil and add mustard, cumin, ginger and garlic paste and fry. Then add turmeric, red chilli, garam masala, chaat masala, salt to taste and make a paste by adding a little water.
  • After the oil separates from the prepared paste, add the cooked potatoes and mix. After the cooked potatoes are properly seasoned, add finely chopped coriander on top and mix.
  • After releasing a steam, switch off the flame and serve with crispy potatoes.
