panta bhaat: Panta Bhaat is a traditional popular fermented dish in Bengal, Odisha, made from leftover rice. For this, cooked rice is kept soaked in water overnight, due to which yeast arises and curd is added to it in the morning. Add light spices like salt, green chilli.
