Force Motors Q3 Results: Net profit jumps 252.3% YoY to Rs 406.2 crore, revenue up 12.7%

Force Motors reported a strong year-on-year performance for the quarter ended December 31, 2025, driven by higher operating income and a sharp improvement in profitability. The company’s financials reflect improved operating leverage and the impact of exceptional items during the quarter.

Revenue from operations for Q3 stood at ₹2,128.6 crore, compared with ₹1,889.5 crore in the corresponding quarter last year, marking a growth of 12.7% YoY. This steady rise in topline indicates healthy demand and improved execution across business segments. Total income for the quarter increased to ₹2,155.6 crore from ₹1,904.4 crore, reflecting a 13.2% YoY increase, aided by higher other income.

Total expenses during the quarter rose marginally to ₹1,827.4 crore from ₹1,732.4 crore, an increase of 5.5% YoY. Cost of materials consumed remained largely stable at ₹1,490.5 crore versus ₹1,505.7 crore last year, showing a 1.0% YoY declinewhich supported margin expansion. Employee benefit expenses increased to ₹167.5 crore from ₹131.5 crore, up 27.4% YoYwhile depreciation and amortisation expenses edged up 3.1% YoY to ₹72.7 crore.

Profit before exceptional items and tax rose sharply to ₹331.4 crore from ₹177.2 crore in Q3 last year, registering a robust 87.1% YoY growth. The quarter also included exceptional items worth ₹211.2 crore, compared with none in the same period last year. As a result, profit before tax surged to ₹542.6 crore from ₹177.2 crore, translating into a significant 206.2% YoY jump.

Net profit for the quarter came in at ₹406.2 crore, compared with ₹115.3 crore in Q3 of the previous year. This represents an impressive 252.3% YoY growthsupported by higher operating profits and exceptional gains, despite an increase in total tax expense.
