Karmayogi Bharat IT Manager Recruitment 2026: Karmayogi Bharat, a government company affiliated with the central government's administrative training program Mission Karmayogi, has announced a recruitment notification for the position of Manager - IT & Tech Operations & Maintenance. This appointment will be made on a contract basis, and the selected candidate will be based in New Delhi.

Position Description and Responsibilities
The selected candidate for the Manager - IT & Tech Operations & Maintenance position will oversee the daily technical operations and maintenance activities of the iGOT Karmayogi platform. This will include ticket and incident management, SLA compliance, platform performance, service availability, vendor management, and process improvements.

The candidate will be required to work on ticket management systems such as Jira, OS Ticket, and Zoho, resolving platform-related technical issues, and coordinating with the team to minimize downtime. Responsibilities will also include ensuring RCA and post-incident reviews after significant outages.

Qualifications and Experience
Candidates applying for this position should have at least 6 years of IT and technology operations experience, with approximately 3 years of experience in large government IT projects preferred. Candidates should have managed at least two enterprise-grade systems and have a strong understanding of IT service management frameworks (such as ITIL) and cloud and infrastructure technologies.

Educational qualifications include a B.Tech, B.E., M.Tech, MCA, or equivalent IT degree. Cloud certifications such as ITIL, PMP, CISSP, or AWS/Azure/GCP are considered an advantage.
