AI Impact Summit 2026 is being organized in New Delhi from 16 to 20 February 2026 in India. The event will be attended by leaders from various countries globally, policy-makers, heads of technology companies, startups, scientists and social organizations. There will be over 500 events during the conference, making it not just a meeting but a big exhibition fair on AI. This summit is the first major AI summit to be held in the Global South.

This is the fourth edition of AI Impact Summit and was first organized in the United Kingdom. Here, leaders from around the world and major AI companies discuss whether rapidly growing AI technology could be a threat to humanity in the future. The 2026 summit is going to be held in the developed countries region and aims to: empower people through AI, establish India as an AI service provider, and make AI- resources accessible to all.

There will be seven working groups in this summit, which will be called ‘Chakra’. In these, topics like safe and reliable AI, science, human resources, social empowerment and economic development will be discussed.

On February 17, special booklets on the use of AI in health, energy, education, and other sectors will be launched. There will be a research symposium on February 18, and on February 19, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate the summit.
