Today we are going to tell you an easy recipe to make Badam Keshar Shrikhand in an easy way. Shrikhand made in this way will last well for two to three days. A lot of adulteration is done in the preparation of milk products during the festival days. So instead of consuming adulterated foods, eat home made Shrikhand. Materials:
- curd
- powdered sugar
- Cardamom powder
- Almonds
- Saffron

Action:
- To make Badam Keshar Shrikhand, first of all, take saffron sticks wrapped in tissue paper and heat gently on a pan. Then pour some milk in a bowl and soak the saffron sticks in it.
- Pour curd on a cotton cloth, make a knot and remove the water from it. Then remove the water completely by pressing with your hand or sometimes placing a heavy object under the curd.
- Put the prepared chakkas in a sieve and strain with a spoon. This will break the curds and make them uniform.
- After mixing the prepared mixture well with a spoon, add powdered sugar and cardamom powder to it and mix it.
- Then add saffron milk and almond pieces to it and mix well.
- Almond Saffron Shrikhand made in easy way is ready.
