Baba Neem Karoli’s birthplace will become a big tourist hub, 90% work of convention center completed

The birthplace of Baba Neem Karoli located in Firozabad, Uttar Pradesh is now going to be revealed in a new form. Where till now people used to come only out of reverence, now they will get a new experience with modern facilities.

The government is busy developing this holy place as a major religious and tourist centre. In this direction, a grand and modern convention center is being built here, about 90 percent of the work has been completed.

Baba Neem Karoli Birthplace

The plan to make the birthplace of Baba Neem Karoli a tourist hub now seems to be coming on the ground. So far, more than Rs 769 lakh has been spent on this convention center which is being built at a cost of about Rs 8.65 crore.

This project is not just the construction of a building, but is part of the development of the entire area. The government’s aim is to make this place a center where devotees get facilities along with faith. This project is expected to be completely ready by April 2026, after which the people visiting here will get a new experience.

What facilities will there be in the convention center?

This convention center being built at the birthplace of Baba Neem Karoli will be fully equipped with modern facilities. A multipurpose hall, cultural block and a big exhibition hall are being built in it.

In this exhibition hall, the life of Baba Neem Karoli and his spiritual journey will be shown, through which the devotees will be able to understand his life closely.
There will be toilet, dining hall, cafeteria with a capacity of about 50 people and kitchen facilities on the ground floor. Separate dormitories for men and women are being built on the first floor, where about 60 people will be able to stay.

Travel will become easier with better connectivity

Along with this project, work is also being done to improve connectivity in the area. Roads and other basic facilities are being improved at a cost of about Rs 1.77 crore. This will make it easier for devotees and tourists to reach here. Better roads and facilities will make the area more attractive for tourism.

Confluence of faith, development and employment

Tourism and Culture Minister Jaiveer Singh said that this project is not limited to just religious importance. According to him, the birthplace of Baba Neem Karoli is being developed as a major tourist center where devotees will get all kinds of facilities. He also said that this project will provide employment to the local people and increase the economic activities of the area. That means this scheme will become a symbol of faith as well as development.
