Lucknow. Someshwar Mahadev Temple, M.I.G. by Jan Kalyan Samiti on 08 April 2026 in the capital Lucknow. The children’s theater competition and closing ceremony organized in the campus was completed with great enthusiasm and gaiety. Prof. was the chief guest in the program. Bharat Raj Singh, Director General (Technical), SMS and Chairman, Viram-5 Public Welfare Sub-Committee were present. Under the programme, painting competitions were organized for children in two age groups – up to 10 years and up to 15 years.
Chief guest Prof. Bharat Raj Singh distributed prizes and certificates to the winning children and praised the creative talent of the children. He said that such competitions develop self-confidence, creativity and cultural consciousness in the children. On this occasion, Madhubani Painting Workshop was also organized on 4-5 April 2026, in which children participated enthusiastically and learned various dimensions of the traditional art.
The program was organized by Dr. R.P. Sharma and Sharma, while coordination was done by Arun Trivedi, Secretary, Viram-5 Public Welfare Subcommittee. Children’s drawings were assessed by Dr. Garg. A large number of children, parents and family members were present at the function, who encouraged the children. The atmosphere of the program was very inspiring and full of cultural colours.
