For the unversed, Celina ran away from Austria after allegedly facing cruelty from her husband last year. In November 2025, she filed a case against him on the basis of the domestic violence, cruelty and manipulation allegations. She has also demanded Rs 50 crore compensation from him. Amidst all,   on the occasion of Mother's Day 2026, has penned an emotional note while missing her three sons, Winston, Arthur and Viraaj. Celina Jaitly's Emotional Mother's Day Post In an emotional note, Celina Jaitly mentioned that she is being denied access to her own kids. For the unversed, she had visited Austria for the court hearing. She had even visited the grave of her late son, Shamsher. In the note, the No Entry actress mentioned that she lost her children the day she chose to leave Austria to protect her dignity, her children and her brother. She revealed that with the help of neighbours she escaped the place after experiencing oppression, isolation, emotional abuse, humiliation and fear. She filed legal proceedings in India to access the only roof above her head, which is her own house purchased with her own money in 2004. She stated that her children were blocked from speaking with her. The Austrian Family Court has made joint custody arrangements and subsistence orders.

Despite such orders, the actress is being denied communication with her three kids. In a part of her note, Celina Jaitly mentioned, "My children have been moved to an undisclosed location & are being brainwashed & radicalised against their own mother & her faith in Hinduism by my husband & his father." (sic) The actress even claimed to have been standing outside her house in  two weeks ago. During her divorce proceedings, Celina asked for her children. Today, she is left with a broken heart. "This… is Mother's Day for me. But I am the daughter of Maa Mahalalitha Ambika, Maa Kali, & Maa Durga. I now return to India to fight for my children, my dignity, truth & justice," Celina concluded her note. About Celina Jaitly's Case Against Peter Haag The Mumbai Police have filed an FIR against  on the basis of Celina Jaitly's complaint a few days ago. They have filed the FIR under multiple sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita 2023. A Look Out Circular (LOC) was issued against Peter after his alleged non-cooperation in the probe. !
