Effective home remedies for skin care
Everyone wishes that their skin is beautiful and clean. For this, people often resort to expensive beauty products. But a traditional home remedy, which has been used for centuries, is equally effective today. This recipe helps in improving skin tone, removing dead skin and giving natural glow to the face.
This natural face pack contains three main ingredients—gram flour, curd and turmeric. All these elements are considered extremely beneficial for the skin.
Gram flour deeply cleanses the skin by removing dirt and excess oil from the skin. At the same time, the natural lactic acid present in curd hydrates the skin and makes it soft. Turmeric helps in reducing acne and skin inflammation due to its anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory properties.
To make this face pack, mix a pinch of turmeric in 2 teaspoons of gram flour and prepare a smooth paste by adding 1 to 2 teaspoons of fresh curd to it. Apply this mixture evenly on the face and neck and let it dry for about 15 minutes.
When it dries slightly, wash it with lukewarm water while scrubbing gently. This clears the dead skin cells and makes the face look more fresh and glowing. According to experts, this home remedy can be used twice a week. Regular use improves skin texture and enhances natural glow.
However, individuals with sensitive skin are advised to do a patch test first to avoid any allergies.
