Fernandes equals EPL assist record in Man United’s 3-2 victory over Nottingham Forest

New Delhi: Manchester United defeated Nottingham Forest 3-2 in their final home game at Old Trafford on Sunday, May 17. Luke Shaw, Matheus Cunha and Bryan Mbeumo scored goals, while captain Bruno Fernandes equalled the Premier League assist record with his 20th this season.
Manchester United stayed in third position in the Premier League standings with 68 points and still has one game remaining after Michael Carrick’s eighth victory in nine matches at Old Trafford, while Nottingham Forest are placed 16th on 43 points.
