If your periods are also late again? Today we are telling you about a decoction prepared from herbs and spices present in your kitchen, which if consumed before sleeping at night, helps in maintaining the natural balance of the body.

This decoction is prepared from only three things-

  • Fenugreek seeds- 1 teaspoon
  • Celery- 1/2 teaspoon
  • Parsley sprigs – 8-9
  • Water- 200 ml

Method of making decoction

  • Pour water in a pan.
  • Add fenugreek, celery and parsley to it.
  • Boil it well on low flame.
  • When the water reduces a little then turn off the gas.
  • Now filter it and drink it before sleeping at night when it becomes slightly warm.

At what time is it beneficial to drink?

If your periods are regular, you can start drinking this decoction about 7 days before the expected period date. All the things used in the decoction have a hot nature, hence all of them are considered good for menstrual health.

  • Parsley

This is a beneficial herb for women. The elements present in it support periods flow. Apart from this, nutrients like Vitamin A, C and K are also found in parsley, which are good for health. The apiol and myristicin elements present in it stimulate the uterus, which makes menstruation easier.

  • Fenugreek

Fenugreek seeds are good not only for the stomach but also for hormonal balance, as it contains fiber and antioxidants. Taking it regularly and in limited quantity keeps women’s health, digestion and metabolism healthy. Its anti-inflammatory properties help reduce stomach pain and menstrual cramps and maintain hormonal balance.

  • Celery

Celery helps in reducing stomach problems like gas, indigestion and heaviness in the stomach. Due to its hot nature, stomach cramps and discomfort are reduced because it improves blood circulation in the body and gives relief to the stomach muscles.
