  • After that once again add ghee and after it is heated add semolina and fry on low flame until it turns red. Roast semolina continuously on low flame. This prevents the pan from sticking to the bottom.
  • Take out the roasted semolina in a plate. Heat ghee in a kadai and add the prepared strawberry paste to it and fry it. This will remove the rawness of the strawberries and enhance the flavor of the dish.
  • After the strawberry paste is heated, add roasted semolina to it and keep mixing with a spoon. This will break the clots completely.
  • After that, add milk as required and cover the semolina and keep it for cooking. After the semolina is cooked, add sugar as per your preference and mix well on low flame.
  • Finally add cardamom powder and roasted dry fruits and mix well. Add a spoonful of ghee on top if required.
  • Ready Strawberry shake made in simple method.
