In accordance with government regulations, candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), Other Backward Classes (OBC), and other reserved categories will be granted age relaxation as per the rules.

To apply, candidates must first visit the official Railway Recruitment Board website at rrbapply.gov.in. There, they need to create a new account and enter the required information. Next, they must select the relevant CEN and railway zone. Then, all details requested in the application form must be filled in carefully. Following this, necessary documents must be uploaded, and the prescribed application fee must be paid. After verifying all information, submit the application form and keep a printout for future reference.

What is the salary?

Candidates selected by the Railways will receive an attractive salary along with various government benefits. Candidates appointed to the Technician Grade-I (Signal) post will receive an initial basic salary of ₹29,200 per month under Pay Level-5 of the 7th Pay Commission. Meanwhile, candidates selected for the Technician Grade-III post will receive an initial basic salary of ₹19,900 per month under Pay Level-2.
