A total of 2,027 appointments were made during the previous recruitment drive. The majority of these posts were for various departments of the Bihar government. Additionally, roles such as Child Development Project Officer (CDPO) and Financial Administrative Officer were included. Approximately 4.83 lakh candidates applied for the 70th examination, with lakhs of aspirants appearing for the preliminary test.
