Maruti Brezza Booking: Maruti Suzuki Brezza, one of the country’s most popular compact SUVs, is now ready to come in a new avatar. Information is coming out that the company is going to launch New Generation Brezza on 24th July 2026. Before the launch, Maruti Suzuki has released its first official teaser and has also started booking. Customers can book it online or from the nearest dealership with a token amount of Rs 11,000.
Along with this, it is seen that in the teaser the company has written ‘This is the biggest blast of this season.’ And it will surprise you. New Brezza, booking started.” But the company has not yet shared complete information about the design and features of the SUV.
Big changes can be found in turbo engine and CNG models
Let us tell you that the new Brezza is being considered as the first major update of the second generation model which came in 2022. Regarding this, media reports and spy shots revealed that this time many important changes can be seen in the SUV. The biggest update of which could be the 1.0-litre Boosterjet turbo-petrol engine that is already available in the Fronx. This engine generates power of about 100 PS and torque of 147.6 Nm. With this, the option of 5-speed manual and 6-speed automatic gearbox is expected.
The existing 1.5-litre K15C smart hybrid petrol engine may also remain in the lineup. The CNG variant is likely to get an underbody-mounted CNG cylinder to save boot space, which will provide more space for luggage.
Interior and features will be more premium than before
Updated front and rear bumpers, new LED lighting and new alloy wheels can be seen in the exterior of the new Brezza. Many premium features are expected to be added to the cabin along with new upholstery and better trim finish. Possible features may include 10.1-inch touchscreen infotainment system, ventilated front seats, powered driver seat, ambient lighting and many new comfort features.
Price may remain competitive
Despite getting a turbo engine, the price of the new Brezza is expected to remain competitive. The reason for this is believed to be the lower GST slab applicable on the 1.0-litre engine. With the launch on July 24, all its variants, features and prices will be revealed. In the market it will compete with Tata Nexon, Hyundai Venue, Kia Sonet, Mahindra XUV3XO and other compact SUVs.
