They purchased a US$12 million apartment in New York City’s 160 Leroy building in early July, The Wall Street Journal reported. The 260-square-meter residence has four bedrooms, four full bathrooms plus a powder room, a separate kitchen, a marble soaking tub, heated floors, and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the Hudson River.

The couple bought the property with their two-year-old son, Jack Blues, in mind, U.S. entertainment outlet AND! News reported. The building has a children’s club, catering kitchen, and large residents’ lounge for private events. Situated in Manhattan’s West Village, it is home also to other celebrities including “Sex and the City” star Sarah Jessica Parker and “Harry Potter”actor Daniel Radcliffe.

The Biebers already owned several other properties in the U.S and Canada, with acquisitions dating back to 2018. Their first home together was in Ontario, Canada. They bought the estate for $5 million in 2018, weeks after getting engaged, according to Elle Decor.

The 800-square-meter mansion sits on some 40 hectares of land. Along with the main living areas, it includes a temperature-controlled wine cellar, fireplaces, a home theater, and an observatory. Outside are a private lake, horse stables, riding facilities, and a racetrack.

The couple bought another mansion in Beverly Hills, California, for $8.5 million, in 2019. Built in 1932, the 600-square-meter home has five bedrooms, a library, screening room, bar, pool, and pool house.

Justin drew attention when he listed the property for sale on Instagram, in 2021. Posting a photo of the living room, he said the house would be sold fully furnished and invited buyers to submit offers. The listing failed to attract a buyer, prompting Bieber to hire three real estate agents, including Dalton Gomez, Ariana Grande’s former husband. Later that year, the house went for less than $8 million.

In 2023, the couple spent $16.6 million on a 900-square-meter mansion in the exclusive Madison Club community in La Quinta, California. They are reportedly neighbors with British singer Adele, reality television star Kris Jenner, and beauty entrepreneur Kylie Jenner.

The Bieber family lives in a mansion in Beverly Park, Los Angeles. In 2020, two years after marrying, they paid $25.8 million for the property. Originally built in the 1980s, the mansion had been changed by its previous owner into a modern farmhouse-style residence, Architectural Digest reported.

It has seven bedrooms, Justin’s music studio, covered walkways, an infinity pool, a full-size tennis court, and expansive lawns. The couple frequently share photos and videos filmed inside the home, showcasing its luxury furnishings. One standout piece is the Dune sofa by French designer Pierre Paulin, often described as the “Birkin of furniture.” Luxury lifestyle magazine Prestige puts the sofa’s price at $100,000-200,000, depending on its size.

In a 2025 interview with VogueJustin’s wife, Hailey said she prefers staying home to going out. “I’m a cozy person. Our house is my element, and my sanctuary. It’s where my heart is, for sure.”

Also in 2014, he temporarily lived in a spaceship-inspired mansion in Atlanta to be closer to Usher, who was helping him produce a hip-hop album at the time. In the following years, he rented luxury homes in Beverly Hills and London for $29,500-80,000 a month.

He set his sights on the massive Sandcastle mansion in New York, but it had already been leased out, in 2016. Its owner, developer Joe Farrell, offered Justin another of his mansions, which typically rents for $160,000 for two weeks.

Farrell let Justin stay for free for two weeks in exchange for tickets for his 12-year-old daughter for his Hartford, Connecticut, concert and a private performance at the family’s home, Architectural Digest writes.

He reportedly earned $10 million for two weeks of performances at Coachella, the highest fee in the festival’s history, in April.

Hailey, 30, the daughter of actor Stephen Baldwin and founder of skincare brand Rhode, has an estimated net worth of US$300 million after selling the company in a multibillion-dollar deal in 2025 while remaining involved with the business.
