India’s primary market is bracing for an exceptionally busy week beginning July 20, with massive capital deployment planned across mainboard and Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) platforms. A total of seven companies will hit the primary market to raise fresh capital, while five entities are scheduled to make their stock market debuts on the exchanges.
Among the candidates that have officially announced their issue price bands, public offerings will collectively mobilise over ₹5,254 crore. With heavyweights like Indo MIM and Lohia Corp. set to finalise their valuation structures shortly, the total primary fundraising tally for the week is set to surge even higher.
Mainboard Offerings: Cube Highways Trust & Tech Trio Drive Interest
Leading the mainboard charge is Cube Highways Trust InvITwhose ₹5,000 crore offering opens on July 22 and closes on July 24. The infrastructure investment trust has set its price band at ₹151-₹152 per share. Structured entirely as an Offer for Sale (OFS), the proceeds from this issue will go directly to existing unit holders, offering institutional and retail investors targeted exposure to income-generating highway assets.
Simultaneously, a trio of public issues will launch on July 23, remaining open for subscription through July 27:
Extranet Technologies: The IT solutions provider aims to raise ₹170 crore through a completely fresh issue priced between ₹120 and ₹127 per share. The capital will be utilised for debt repayment, capital expenditures on systems and hardware, and operational working capital.
Going ME: The Bengaluru-headquartered precision engineering component manufacturer will launch a hybrid issue comprising a fresh equity issue of ₹500 crore and an Offer for Sale of 68.2 million shares, with a priority on debt reduction.
Lohia Corp: The Kanpur-based technical textile machinery manufacturer will tap the market with a pure Offer for Sale, providing liquidity to selling promoters without diluting fresh equity.
SME Segment: Three Compact Issues Open for Subscription

Gulf Lloyds India: Launching on July 20, this fixed-price SME issue seeks to raise ₹18.19 crore at ₹100 per share.
