Team India achieved success in the T20 series against Zimbabwe and Vaibhav Suryavanshi and Ishan Kishan played a big role in it. Both were the highest run scoring batsmen for the team. But apart from Vaibhav's explosion and records, this series also became memorable for Team India's young fast bowler Mayank Yadav. Mayank, who returned to the team after a long time, wreaked havoc on the Zimbabwean batsmen with his fast pace. Like the first match of the series, in the third match too Mayank took the wicket of opener Brian Bennett on the very first ball.

Mayank Yadav made the India-Zimbabwe series special for himself. Mayank, till now known only for his speed, not only bowled fast but also showed good edge, due to which he also got good results. He showed this feat in the very first match, when Mayank dismissed Zimbabwe's opener Brian Bennett on the very first ball of the innings. Once again this pacer did the same.

On Sunday, July 26, in the third match of the series, Zimbabwe again lost the wicket of Bennett on the first ball to achieve the target of 193 runs. Like the first match, Mayank bowled the ball on Test match length at a speed of about 147 km/h, which got a bounce and was caught by Vaibhav Suryavanshi standing in the slips. Suryavanshi also took a good catch. With this, Mayank took the wicket on the first ball of the innings for the second time in the series.

Mayank equaled Bhuvneshwar

With this, Mayank Yadav equaled a legend like Bhuvneshwar Kumar in his international career of only 6 T20 matches. This was the third time in T20 International, when Mayank Yadav took a wicket on the first ball of the innings. In this matter he equaled the Indian record of Bhubaneswar. Apart from these two, no other Indian bowler has been able to do such a feat thrice.
