What is the actual truth?

The truth behind this story has now been revealed by the government's official agency, PIB. PIB Fact Check shared the video via its official X (Twitter) account and declared it completely fake. The caption accompanying the video reads: "Fake Video Alert! A digitally altered (manipulated) video of Prime Minister Narendra Modi is going viral online, showing him endorsing a government-authorized buyer for an old coin exhibition."
