The central government and the opposition have once again come face to face in the country's politics regarding the issue of students. The war of words that started over the student protest at Jantar Mantar in Delhi has now reached Jharkhand. Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan on Tuesday launched a front against Congress and Rahul Gandhi and made many serious allegations. He clearly said that the Leader of the Opposition has become a victim of habitual lying and he is severely lacking in facts.

In fact, Congress is continuously attacking Home Minister Amit Shah regarding the police action at Jantar Mantar. Rahul Gandhi had raised the question that who gave permission to open fire on students who were protesting peacefully? At the same time, the government and Delhi Police clearly say that there was no firing on the spot. Now BJP has started a counterattack by making this issue a weapon.

Factless politics and allegations of running away from Parliament

Dharmendra Pradhan issued a long statement on the social media platform 'X' (Twitter) and raised questions on the intentions of Rahul Gandhi. He alleged that Rahul Gandhi neither wants to take part in the proceedings of the Parliament nor listen to the government's reply. Their only objective is to spread confusion among the youth of the country and gain false sympathy.

He further wrote that accusing Home Minister Amit Shah without any basis is evidence of the growing political frustration of the Congress. The government is ready to discuss every issue with an open heart, but the opposition is harming the youth and the development of the country by obstructing the proceedings of the Parliament.

'Why is there silence on the incident in Jharkhand?'

Intensifying the attack further, Dharmendra Pradhan exposed the 'double attitude' of Congress. Referring to the recent alleged police action against students in Jharkhand, he asked why Rahul Gandhi, who holds press conferences on every small and big issue, is silent on this matter.

He sarcastically said that Congress's democracy is very 'selective'. Where there is a government of one's own party, youth are lathicharged and where there is an opportunity to shine in politics, there is ruckus on the streets. The youth of the country have now started understanding this double character very well.

The country will not run with emergency thinking

While giving advice to Rahul Gandhi, the Union Minister said that there is no place for dictatorial attitude and arbitrariness in democracy. Congress should understand this very well that the country will no longer be governed by the old thinking of 'Emergency'. Sharp arrows are being fired from both sides regarding the Jantar Mantar incident, due to which this political conflict is likely to deepen further in the coming days.
