Under this limited-time offer presented on the occasion of Independence Day, customers are being given additional validity of 47 days. Now this plan will provide a total of 412 days of service.

BSNL's PV 2,399 plan is for such users who want to avoid the hassle of frequent recharge. Customers who do this recharge between 12th August 2026 and 12th September 2026 will get the direct benefit of extra validity.

• Offer Validity: 47 Days Extra (Total 412 Days)
• Voice Calling: Unlimited Local and STD Calls
• Data Limit: 2GB daily high-speed data (40 kbps speed after limit is reached)
• SMS: 100 SMS per day

By getting extra validity, the daily expenditure of this plan reduces considerably. With a normal validity of 365 days, its daily cost comes to around Rs 6.57 per day, whereas with a validity of 412 days, it comes down to around Rs 5.82 per day.
