Inclusion is not about sympathy or charity but about recognising talent, creating equal opportunities and giving people the space to grow, Payal Kanodia said. It begins much earlier, with recognising talent, creating space for it and ensuring people are not asked to prove their worth before they are given the opportunity to grow. Kanodia, Chairperson of the Paralympic Committee of India, said.“Inclusivity is not about charity, inclusivity is about equal space and say on the table.”
