- First of all, wash and clean the drumstick leaves thoroughly.
- Now add gram flour, onion, green chilli, celery, red chilli, turmeric and salt in a bowl.
- Add drumstick leaves to it and prepare a thick solution by adding water little by little.
- Now heat oil in a pan and add small portions of the batter and fry the pakodas until they become golden and crispy.
- Serve hot pakodas with chutney.
Cabbage Pakodas

- 2 cups cabbage, cut into small pieces

- ½ cup water, as needed
- oil, for frying

- First of all, cut the cabbage into small pieces and wash it thoroughly.

- Prepare a thick solution by adding little water to it.
- Now add the powder prepared by grinding coriander seeds, black pepper and fennel into the solution and mix well.
- Then coat the cabbage pieces thoroughly in the gram flour solution.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the cauliflower pakodas until golden and crispy.
- Serve hot cauliflower pakodas with chutney.

Dry Fruits Crispy Pakoda

- 4-5 dates

- 1 cup gram flour

- 1/2 tsp rice flour
- ½ tsp celery
- ½ cup water
- Salt
- Oil
Method
- First of all, cut cashews, almonds, dates and raisins into small pieces.
- Now add some rice flour, gram flour, red chilli, celery and salt in a bowl.
- Add dry fruits to it, add water little by little and prepare a thick mixture.
- Now heat oil in a pan and drop small portions of the mixture into the oil.
- Fry the pakodas until they become golden and crispy.
- Serve them with hot chutney.

Material
- 1 cup wheat flour
- ½ cup jaggery
- ½ tsp fennel
- ¼ tsp cardamom powder
- 1 teaspoon soda
- ¾ cup water, as needed
- oil, for frying
Method
- First of all, put jaggery in ½ cup lukewarm water and dissolve it well.
- Now add wheat flour, fennel and cardamom powder in a bowl.
