Delhi: Indian Test team captain Shubman Gill has made a big achievement in his name in the second Test being played against Sri Lanka in Colombo. Gill has completed 3,000 runs in Test cricket. With this, he has joined the list of select batsmen of India who have scored 3,000 or more runs in Test cricket.
Gill achieved this milestone in his 43rd test match. Gill is the fourth youngest batsman in India to complete 3,000 Test runs at the age of 26 years and 349 days. Ahead of him in this list are Sachin Tendulkar, Virender Sehwag and Dilip Vengsarkar.
