Heavy rain lashed several parts of Delhi, disrupting normal life and causing waterlogging and traffic congestion across several areas of the national capital.
Visuals from Connaught Place showed water accumulating on roads as commuters navigated through the rain. Several other parts of the city also reported severe waterlogging following the downpour.
Traffic movement was particularly affected along Baba Kharak Singh Marg, where vehicles were seen moving slowly amid the waterlogged stretches.
Rainfall was also reported around Bikaji Cama Place, with visuals showing the impact of the heavy showers on traffic and road conditions.
The AIIMS flyover loop was among the areas badly affected, with heavy waterlogging reported following the intense spell of rain.
The downpour has led to difficult driving conditions across several parts of Delhi, with commuters advised to remain cautious while travelling through waterlogged stretches.
