problem of smelly feet
(Health Corner) :- Smelly feet are not a pleasant experience for anyone. If your feet smell, it can affect the hard work you put into your personality. When you keep your feet locked in shoes and they sweat, it creates an ideal environment for bacteria. Use some natural remedies to reduce foot odor.
Smelly feet don't look good under any circumstances. But it is not fair to call foot odor shameful. In any season, anyone can get sweaty feet. It is important to understand why your feet smell and sweat.
If you're on your feet all day, under stress, or suffer from a condition like hyperhidrosis, your feet may sweat. Due to sweat, your feet become wet, due to which bacteria start growing. If sweat soaks into your shoes and they fail to dry, feet become smelly.
When you take off your shoes and put them in a warm, dark or moist place, bacteria grow. When you wear the same shoes the next day, even if you have showered, putting your feet in wet shoes again creates favorable conditions for bacteria. Apart from excessive sweating, poor hygiene can also cause foot odor.
Mix baking soda in lukewarm water and soak your feet for 10 to 15 minutes. Doing this regularly for a few weeks will reduce the smell. It is also helpful in maintaining normal sweat levels and controlling bacteria.
