The new feature eliminates the need for a PIN, enabling users to complete transactions swiftly. The Paytm UPI Lite app acts as an on-device wallet, allowing users to store funds and make payments on the fly. It boasts lightning-fast transactions without the requirement of a PIN.

Paytm UPI Lite Wallet: Transaction, Daily Limits

With Paytm UPI Lite Wallet, users can instantly transact up to Rs 500 each time. The wallet permits adding up to Rs 2,000 twice a day, facilitating a total daily capacity of Rs 4,000.

This feature could come in handy in certain cases, particularly beneficial for individuals making small payments such as groceries, parking fees, or commuting expenses.

How To Enable Paytm UPI Lite Wallet

Enabling UPI Lite payments on the Paytm app is a straightforward process:

• Open the Paytm app and select the UPI Lite Activate button
• Now, choose the bank account you wish to link with UPI Lite
• Enter the desired amount to add to your UPI Lite account
• Finally, validate your MPIN to complete the setup process

Once your UPI Lite account is set up, making payments becomes effortless.

To initiate payments using the UPI Lite wallet, simply scan any UPI QR code, enter the recipient's mobile number, or select one from your contacts list.
