When will banks be closed in November?

1. November is also full of bank holidays. The month begins with a holiday. Banks will be closed on November 1st for Kannada Rajyotsava in Bengaluru and Igas-Baghwal in Dehradun. Following this, banks across the country will be closed on Sunday, November 2nd, due to a weekly holiday.

2. Banks will be closed nationwide on November 5th, as major festivals like Guru Nanak Jayanti and Kartik Purnima will be celebrated on that day. Banks will also be closed on November 7th due to the Wangala Festival in Shillong. Banks will be closed nationwide on November 8th, being the second Saturday.

3. Following this, banks will be closed on November 9th, 16th, 23rd, and 30th, as they are Sundays. November 22nd is the fourth Saturday, so banks will remain closed on that day as well. This means that, like October, November will also be a full month of bank holidays. If you live in the respective cities, you should avoid visiting the bank on these days to avoid any inconvenience.
