Suzuki e-Access and Ather 450 Apex are both electric scooters available in almost the same price range. The Ather 450 Apex is priced at Rs 1,89,946 ex-showroom, while the Suzuki e-Access is priced at Rs 1,88,490. That means the price difference between the two scooters is only Rs 1,456. What should consumers choose between high performance at such a low margin or a balanced riding experience with a trusted brand? It has to be decided.

Battery, range and speed

The Suzuki e-Access is powered by a 3.07 kWh battery that offers a range of around 95 km on a single charge. It has a top speed of 71 km/h, which is considered suitable for daily use. On the other hand, the Ather 450 Apex has a larger battery of 3.7 kWh, which claims to offer a range of around 157 km. With a top speed of 100 km/hr, this scooter is faster and more sporty.

Power and Performance

Ather 450 Apex is clearly the leader in terms of performance. This scooter produces 9.38 bhp of power and 26 Nm of torque. While the Suzuki e-Access offers 5.49 bhp of power and 15 Nm of torque. While Ather’s acceleration and overall riding experience is more dynamic, Suzuki e-Access emphasizes on comfortable and smooth riding.
