Border 2 Worldwide Collection: Border 2, the sequel to Sunny Deol’s iconic film Border, directed by JP Dutta, has created a huge stir at the box office. In this film made under the direction of Anurag Singh, such a combination of patriotism and emotion is being seen which is touching the hearts of the audience. Despite the initial criticism, the film’s song ‘Ghar Kab Aaoge’ was successful in bringing tears to the eyes of the audience. This is the reason why Border 2 is not only performing well at the domestic box office, but is also earning well in the international markets.

Taking advantage of the Republic Day weekend, Border 2 has created such a stir at the box office in just 6 days that the total collection of the film has reached close to Rs 300 crore. Sunny Deol’s strong comeback and the story of multi-force war has drawn the audience to theaters in large numbers.

The story of the film is based on the 1971 war.

While the first Border focused only on the Battle of Longewala, the story of Border 2 depicts the combined might of the Air Force, Army and Navy during the India-Pakistan war of 1971. This is the reason why both the scale and impact of the film appear bigger than ever.

The film has been co-produced by JP Dutta’s daughter Nidhi Dutta, while Anurag Singh has taken charge of the direction.

Border 2 has almost recovered its budget in just 6 days of release. According to Sacknilk’s report, the film has so far earned around Rs 37 crore in foreign markets.

In this way, the total worldwide collection of Border 2 has reached approximately Rs 292.1 crore, which may fluctuate slightly in the official figures.

Sunny Deol shines at the domestic box office

In India too, the film has received tremendous support from the audience. Sunny Deol and his ‘Fauj’ have so far made a business of Rs 213 crore at the domestic box office.

Although the film’s collection on the sixth day i.e. Wednesday was relatively low, yet the overall figures remain very strong.
