Along with theatre activities, the organisation has been involved in various social service initiatives in India for more than a decade, supporting cultural promotion along with community welfare.
The annual meeting to form the new executive committee for the 2026–2027 term was held on January 18 at the Ghazal Restaurant of Grand Excelsior Hotel in Bur Dubai.

During the meeting, Vasu Kumar Shetty was unanimously elected as president. Theatre and Yakshagana artist Samantha Girish was chosen as secretary, while senior theatre artist Janet Sequeira was elected as treasurer.
Harish Bangera will continue as patron of the organisation, and director Vishwanath Shetty will continue to provide artistic guidance to the group.
