Tencent is building an AI agent for WeChat

The AI agent will be able to perform tasks
The AI agent will handle everyday tasks (think booking rides, shopping, or paying bills) right inside WeChat's mini programs, making things quicker and smoother.
Tencent plans to let select users try it out midyear during "gray-box testing," so real feedback can help polish the feature before everyone gets it.
