Rajendra Sethia, Promoter and Chairman and Managing Director of Western Carriers (India), has acquired 1,00,000 equity shares from the open market.
The acquisition represents 0.098% of the company’s total issued and paid-up share capital, increasing Sethia’s total holding to 72.748%. This transaction took place on 13 March 2026, as disclosed under Regulation 29(2) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011. Western Carriers’ equity share capital remains at 10,19,55,213 shares, each with a face value of ₹5.
