Even before wrapping up the current season, FC Barcelona are already turning their focus towards shaping the visual identity of their next chapter.
While the summer months typically see discussions centred on transfers and tactical shifts, this time the buzz among fans is being driven by the unveiling of the club’s new kits for the 2026/27 season, following a series of online leaks.
The designs for Barcelona’s four upcoming kits now seem almost fully disclosed, offering supporters an early preview of the jerseys that the team will don next year.
Unlike some of the recent outfits, this collection appears to strike a deliberate balance between honouring tradition and embracing bold experimentation.
The most notable transformation can be seen in the home kit. Barcelona have moved away from their trademark vertical stripes, opting instead for a reimagined take on the club’s iconic blue and red palette.
The shirt incorporates multiple shades of blue and red to create a layered, textured aesthetic that feels more vibrant and modern compared to previous iterations.
The away strip, meanwhile, continues Barcelona’s collaboration with Nike’s Mamba Collection, extending the homage to NBA legend Kobe Bryant.
This edition carries a more assertive visual tone, blending deep purple and black as the primary colours, accentuated with striking metallic gold highlights.
The gradient styling across the jersey has drawn parallels to limited-edition Los Angeles Lakers uniforms, especially because of the shimmering finish applied around the crests and sponsor logos.
Barcelona’s third kit takes a refreshing departure in style. The club has resurrected the mint green colourway, which has previously received positive feedback from the fan base.
Paired with darker green accents and delicate blue edging around the collar, the result is a sleek and understated look, offering a lighter alternative to the more dramatic home and away versions.
The fourth and final kit in the lineup carries the most cultural significance.
Planned for release later in the campaign, this special-edition shirt celebrates Sant Jordi, the patron saint of Catalonia.
The design is said to feature soft beige tones complemented by navy blue and maroon details, with the red Sant Jordi cross prominently displayed across the chest as the centrepiece of the concept.
