Presenting the statistics of paper leakage incidents, Rahul Gandhi mentioned that so far there have been 152 incidents of paper leaks in the country, which have affected around 7.5 crore students. Despite this, none of the culprits have been punished; On the contrary, it is the hardworking youth who are facing the punishment.

Rahul Gandhi said that the students were agitating in a peaceful manner on issues like education quality, examination reform and employment, but the government chose the path of repression.
