New Delhi: Amid the ongoing protest by Cockroach Janata Party (CJP) on Monday demanding examination reforms, CJP has claimed that its founder Abhijit Dipke has been detained by Delhi Police during the march towards Parliament. However, there has been no official response from Delhi Police on this claim.

Proposal for talks came from the government

Along with this, the party has also claimed that party spokesperson Saurabh Das said that a delegation of the organization will meet Union Minister J.P. Will meet Nadda and discuss his demands. Saurabh Das posted on social media platform He said that the demands of the organization are clear and a large number of students are engaged in support of the movement. Even before this, Das had said that the organization is always ready for talks, but till now no concrete initiative was seen from the administration.

Abhijeet Dipke ends his fast

On the other hand, news has come out that Abhijeet Dipke has ended his fast on the request of social activist Sonam Wangchuk. Let us tell you, after Sonam Wangchuk was admitted to the hospital, he started a hunger strike in support. Sonam Wangchuk was admitted to Safdarjung Hospital on July 18 as her health deteriorated due to the long hunger strike. According to the report, Wangchuk’s hunger strike is continuing in the hospital also.

Letter written to hospital administration

Sonam Wangchuk had written a letter to the hospital administration today i.e. Monday requesting her to be discharged for some time. He said that his health is now normal and he wants to join the ‘Sansad Chalo’ march. In his letter, he claimed that all his health parameters are normal and he would be grateful if he is allowed to move out of the hospital temporarily. But even after this request, Sonam Wangchug could not attend the protest.

What solution will come from talks?

On the other hand, strict security arrangements were made in Sansad Marg and surrounding areas. A large number of police forces were deployed to prevent the protesters from moving towards the Parliament. The protesters are demanding reform of the examination system and a fair investigation into alleged irregularities.
