UGC NET June 2026 Re-Exam City Slip: The UGC NET June re-examination will be conducted on September 9 and 10, 2026. This re-examination for the subjects of English, Commerce, and Sociology will take place at designated exam centers. The NTA has released the city intimation slips for these exams.

Candidates appearing for the re-examination can download their city slips by visiting the official website, ugcnet.nta.nic.in. To do so, candidates will need to use their login credentials.

City Intimation Slip is Not the Admit Card
The NTA has clarified to candidates that the city slip is not the admit card. It merely provides advance information regarding the city where the candidate's exam center will be located. Its purpose is to assist candidates in preparing for the exam and planning their travel.

The admit card will be issued later; therefore, candidates should keep an eye on the NTA website for notifications regarding its release.

Re-examination on September 9 and 10
Following up on its earlier notice dated August 16, 2026, the NTA has announced that the UGC NET June 2026 re-examination will be held on September 9 and 10, 2026. The re-examination covers the subjects of English, Commerce, and Sociology.

Click on the link for the 'Examination City Intimation Slip' related to UGC NET June 2026.
Enter the required login credentials.
View your exam city slip on the screen.
