The trailer for the Tamil film ' Granny ' is out, and it looks like a horror-thriller movie will enthrall the audience. The film 'Granny' features the senior, versatile actor Vadivukkarasi , who is taken into consideration along with all aspects of the movie such as feel, suspense, and acting, while writing the review. Along with the announcement of the trailer release, the producers confirmed the release date of the film, January 30, which will have to face no less competition as the month ends. The gruesome images and amazing computer graphics overhead surely raised some questions.

Vijaya Kumaran returns with a genre shift

'Granny' a film that Vijaya Kumaran both wrote and directed, serves as a sequel of sorts to his previous work, 'Brahma.com,' from 2017, however, this time, the filmmaker is venturing into uncharted waters with his horror-thriller centered on an older man, which is a happening thing nowadays. Lyricist and dialogue writer KU Karthik also appears to be his collaborator, and Kumaran has made an interesting leap from contemporary social drama to suspense thriller.

Ensemble cast strengthens the narrative

Along with Vadivukkarasi as the principal artist, 'Granny' boasts of a good cast, which consists of Dhileepan, Singampuli, Gaja Raj, Ananthu Nag, Aparna, Master Ghanshyam, and Baby Sandrea. The point that many character artists are present together with a number of first-timers indicates that the plot is more related to the interactions of the characters and the fear psychogenic than to the norm of the scares, and indeed, the trailer is full of suspenseful scenes.

'Granny' certified 'U/A'

Dr. Chellaya Pandian has composed the music for the film, and the cinematography was done by A. Manikandan, while MS Gopi is the editor. It has been certified U/A and is suitable for all audiences. The trailer promises a great horror thriller , and the film will be available in theatres on January 30.
